| The HKS A/F
Knock Amp is an electronic monitoring device that displays two of the
most vital engine conditions for tuning; engine knock and air/fuel ratio.
Engine knock occurs when there is abnormal combustion
knock as detonation; which can rob power, reduce engine longevity and

| The HKS
FCD is an electronic device developed to properly raise the factory
fuel cut level on factory turbocharged vehicles. As modifications
are made to optimize engine performance, the factory fuel cut is
often triggered by higher boost levels which activate a fuel delivery
cut-off as a failsafe procedure. Symptoms of fuel cut are hesitation,
bogging, and/or illumination of diagnostic indicators. Warning:
Due to the characteristics of this product, higher than recommended
or unsafe boost levels may be attained by the installation and use
of the FCD. This may result in severe damage to the vehicles engine
or other mechanical parts. We suggest a fuel delivery upgrade and
consulting a trained technician before the purchase and use of the
FCD. |

a fully featured standalone engine management system

The HKS Fan Controller
has been developed to control factory or aftermarket
electronic cooling fans. This unit can control
one fan at two speeds or two fans at one speed,
and can set the fan(s) to turn on or off at
preset temperatures. The back-lit digital display
provides real time water temperature (in Celsius
or Fahrenheit) using the factory water temperature
sensor. A peak hold function memorizes and displays
the max temperature value. |

Both Turbo
Timer Type-0 and Type-1 carry over many
of the features from the last HKS unit,
including multiple preset times, audible
alarms, up and down control buttons, power
and memory buttons, and an easy to read
back-lit digital display. Additionally,
both new models feature a more compact polyurethane
casing, back-lit button controls, a larger
dual color LCD panel, a volt monitor function
to monitor batter power, and an auto mode
feature that adjusts engine idle time according
to the most recent driving pattern. Turbo
Timer Type-1 includes all of the Type-0
features, PLUS several measurement tools
including a peek-hold speed warning display,
a two-stage peak-hold engine RPM warning
display, 0-400 meter acceleration time measurement
and stopwatch features. Unique to the Type-1
Black is that its metering and displays
are in SAE speed (MPH) and distance (0-60
foot, 0-1/8 mile, 0-1/4 mile) measurements. |
