| The Defi
Link System is a set of electronic gauges that can be mounted on the vehicle
dashboard. The design of this system allows each of the gauges to be attached
to the control unit with a single "daisy chain" wiring system. Each gauge has two LEDs. One LED illuminates when the gauge indicator exceeds a warning level that can be preset with the control unit. The other LED illuminates when the gauge indicator exceeds a maximum level that can also be preset with the control unit. The two threshold levels for each gauges can be set independently of the levels for other gauges in the daisy chain. The system is also designed to allow all sensors to be attached to the control unit, so that the gauges can be mounted separately without the need for multiple tubing or wiring to each of the gauges. Gauges that can be attached to the set include manifold pressure, oil pressure, water pressure, oil temperature, fuel pressure, exhaust gas temperature and tachometer gauges. |

| The BF Series is similar to the Link gauges but has a unique "masked" look that hides the gauge face until the car is started. Then you are treated with startup and shutdown sequences. These gauges are more expensive than the Link gauges due to the special manufacturing process required - the same process used to by Defi's parent company to make many OEM gauge clusters such as for the STI. |

| The DEFI RACER Series guages is
a new USDM-only guage series, available stateside, and in Imperial units only.
These gauges are also only available in a 52mm size, and unlike other DEFI guages,
the Blue Racer series do not require the use of the a Link Control unit. Sensors
are included with each gauge. |

| The display uses OLED(organic
light emitting diode). OLED is an advanced display which is self light emissive,
high contrast, high response, low power consumptive, and large view angle. It
uses optimal technology for instant readability without afterimages of flicker
even when seen from the passenger's seat. Real-time digital information includes speed, oil temperature, water temperature, oil pressure, fuel pressure and exhaust temperature. The Warning LED lights when the set warning value is exceeded for oil temperature, water temperature, exhaust temperature and engine RPM. The Warning LED lights when measured value drops below the set warning value for oil pressure and fuel pressure. |

| Defi-Link VSD X is a multifunction
system developed based on Defi-Link Display VSD CONCEPT (discontinued), and
this is a evolutionary version of Defi original VSD formula, which is excellent
over-dashboard accessory. It can be used alone or can be linked to Defi-Link
system to use as a multimeter Defi-Link Display Stand alone, the product displays
vehicle speed and rev. By linking to Defi-Link System with the Defi DAISY CHAIN
wiring system, various types of display, such as temperature and/or pressure
is made possible. |

| FUNCTIONS Digital Bar Display Items with this mark are functions that can be achieved when the product is linked with Defi-Link Control Unit II or Control Unit and sensor input. - Vehicle Speed - Engine rev - Oil Pressure Gauge - Oil Temperature Gauge - Water Temperature Gauge - Fuel Pressure Gauge - Exhaust Temperature Gauge Turbo meter and Intake-Manifold Gauge cannot be displayed. Warning Signal (LED, Digital Display) Warning value can be programmed. Two LED indicators allows two warning signals for engine rev. REC-REPLAY Data can be recorded up to 3 minutes. Recorded data can be played afterwards. Automatic Warning If warning happens with non-displayed features, the display automatically changes to show the warning. Automatic Photochromatic Control Brightness of display is automatically controlled to 256 different levels depending on the brightness outside. With automatic mode, three different levels of brightness are available, and with manual mode, five levels are available. Warm-up Display (Water temperature or oil temperature) Water temperature or oil temperature is shown until it reaches programmed value. Control Out Function It sends out signals when water temperature or oil temperature reaches programmed value. Warning lamp or motor can be connected to activate the function when the programmed value is reached. Peak Value Display Peak value of connected units is displayed. With REC function, minimum value for vehicle speed can be displayed. Built-in Port for Defi-Link Meter Special control unit “D.C. Unit?has three built-in ports for Defi-Link meters. When used with Defi-Link System, one port can be for the system, and the other can be for Defi-Link meters. |
